Shealin Shepard

Shealin Shepard was born in California and lived in many states before settling down in Kentucky after graduating Highschool in 2012.

Shealin spent over five years as a supervisor in retail but in 2016 decided to further her customer service expertise and try something completely different; she entered the world of risk management, finding a love for the insurance industry.

Acting as the personal lines claim’s specialist at her previous agency, she enjoyed being able to counsel clients through difficult times and situations.
